Once you're set up, the whole household can get online at the same time - and there's no need for messy cables.

I have a company and want an internet access for more than one computer, should i buy access for each one?

I want to have an internet access from different sites, should I have an account for each one?
For your information your account is limited for single agent. But we also have roaming accounts which you can buy directly from EarthLink customer service centre or our limited agents.

Will my old NanoStation work with EarthMax?
As part of getting this service right up your location you should have a brand new reprogrammed NanoStation in order to meet service compatibility.

I'm having problems with my wireless connection - what do I do?
If you have any problems with the connection and set-up of your wireless router and/or USB adapter, please call your agent and he’ll call us directly if your problem wouldn’t be solved.

Can I connect to EarthLink Broadband with any computer?
Most are, but it's worth checking that it can deliver the internet connection speeds that our broadband service offers. Check your computer is compatible with nearest agent or sent us email regarding this issue if your computer system or servers are different from popular market’s products.
